New construction of three wood-framed retail shells with TPO roofing (6,987 SF; 7,455 SF; and 9,160 SF), two building pads for a 23,256 SF Sprouts and a 82,690 SF 3-story Storage One constructed by other general contractors, and complete site improvements (5.16 acres). The Storage One pad required substantial over-excavation to prepare for the building's planned basement. The Project as a whole required adept management of site space, numerous trades, and other general contractors as the five buildings were constructed simultaneously in an active shopping center.
